I'm Floriane Woodley, an illustrator and designer with a love for visual storytelling.

The word "illustration" comes from the Latin illustrare — to shed light. That's what drew me to it: the idea that a single image can take something complex, something easily overlooked, and make it suddenly, beautifully clear. Visual thinking isn't just what I do for clients — it's genuinely how my brain works. I discovered that at university, when I started sketching through lectures just to help myself focus. It clicked. What began as a personal survival tool became a passion, and eventually a practice.

I work best with people who care deeply about what they're building. Bring me into something you're excited about, give me room to think, and I'll do more than execute a brief — I'll help you figure out what you actually need. Think less "hire a designer", more "gain a creative collaborator".

Based in Munich, I work with English and German-speaking clients, on projects near and far.
